Historial de envíos de notificaciones (notifications.NotificationLogs). M5 del roadmap de mejoras: trazabilidad real de "¿le llegó el correo?" en vez de verificar por ausencia de warnings en Serilog. Permiso: quien puede ver templates puede auditar sus envíos.

Espejo en el ERP del RulesController de KadicErp.Notifications.Api — permite que la UI del ERP configure reglas evento→template (ej. correos por etapa del pipeline de Recruiting) sin depender del deployable aparte.
